money（錢）：守護(hù)財(cái)富的“警告者”朱諾女神天后朱諾曾多次警告羅馬人即將出現(xiàn)的危險(xiǎn)，幫助他們渡過難關(guān)。因此羅馬人把她看出是羅馬的警告女神，稱她為“Juno Moneta”，單詞moneta就是“警告者”的意思。羅馬人為Juno Moneta建了一座神廟，后來又把第一個(gè)造幣廠設(shè)在了神廟里，希望女神能守護(hù)他們的財(cái)富。因?yàn)樨泿抛钤缡窃贘uno Moneta神廟鑄造出來的，所以羅馬人就用moneta來表示貨幣，英語中的money（錢）和mint（造幣廠）都是源自“moneta”這個(gè)單詞，而單詞monetary（貨幣的）更是保留了moneta的拼寫形式。
