細(xì)則
聽力:
1.從special english做起。每天聽寫1篇。一定要堅(jiān)持。
2.每周看一部discovery系列的紀(jì)錄片。初步定在每周6晚。
精讀:
1.學(xué)習(xí)新概念英語(yǔ)。背誦課文。
2.重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)會(huì)作者的寫作手法，記憶好的結(jié)構(gòu)性的句子和內(nèi)容性的句子。
詞匯:
系統(tǒng)背誦六級(jí)詞匯。選用星火的6級(jí)詞匯書。每周3個(gè)word list,這樣3個(gè)月時(shí)間可以全部背完。詞匯是重中之重，萬(wàn)萬(wàn)不可輕視！
口語(yǔ)：
每天堅(jiān)持對(duì)同事說(shuō)一句以上商務(wù)英語(yǔ)，交際、問(wèn)候的英語(yǔ)不算。
語(yǔ)法：
主要還是靠使用中掌握，堅(jiān)持寫英語(yǔ)日記的話，會(huì)對(duì)語(yǔ)法和詞匯都大有好處。當(dāng)然有一本語(yǔ)法書也是很重要的。切忌不可使用文曲星，應(yīng)該使用紙質(zhì)英文詞典。
每天計(jì)劃
早上：8：30-9：00（上班途中），在車上聽BBC或中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)的早間新聞。
中午：12：30-1：00，聽Chanel V的英文歌。
下午：5：30-6：00（下班途中），在車上聽BBC或中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)的晚間新聞。
晚上：9：00-11：00，背單詞，聽聽力，背課文，看語(yǔ)法。聽力可選擇聽4頻道的英文新聞；大聲朗讀英文課文一篇。

周三：主要任務(wù)復(fù)習(xí)語(yǔ)法

周六：主要任務(wù)看一部discovery系列的紀(jì)錄片，英文字幕或無(wú)字幕
周日：自由安排
